Please find linked here and below an inspection and recall notice relating to Rock Exotica’s 1.1” Omni Swivel Pulleys and associated variants, a limited number of which may be affected by a potential issue that could allow a rope to “fall out” of the pulley.
This notice has a stop use and recall requirement relating to all Omni Block 1.1” style pulleys manufactured from February 2020 through October 2022, which must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection / repair. The notice also requires inspections of all Omni Block style pulleys made from 2018 to current.
