Lorna Levac, P. Eng., PMP
Lorna Levac, P.Eng., PMP, is a highly respected telecommunications professional with more than two decades of experience spanning both wireless and wireline network deployment across Canada. Currently she is a member of Stantec’s Canadian Telecom team, where Lorna brings deep expertise in network planning, construction management, and delivery, with a career that includes senior leadership roles at organizations such as Bell, and Land Squared/Shared Tower.
A dedicated and enthusiastic contributor to STAC, Lorna has made a significant impact through her work with the Women of STAC Committee. She is an active member of both the Membership and Communications Project Team and the Programs Project Team, where she consistently steps forward to support new initiatives and help drive engagement.
Known for her collaborative approach and inclusive leadership style, Lorna plays an important role in fostering a welcoming environment for new members. She also contributed to the success of the Women of STAC Summer Meeting, coordinating logistics and helping ensure a seamless and productive event.
Lorna’s commitment, reliability, and willingness to contribute wherever needed exemplify the spirit of volunteerism within STAC, making her a deserving recipient of the 2026 Volunteer of the Year Award.
The STAC Volunteer of the Year Award is provided annually to an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to STAC projects or activities through volunteer service during the course of the membership year.
