STAC has been made aware of an inspection notice relating to certain Petzl GRILLON products, a limited number of which may be affected by a potential issue relating to how their ropes are mounted in their rope adjusters.
On January 4, Petzl released a stop use and inspection order relating to certain GRILLON products manufactured between October and December 2023, and provided detailed inspection and remediation instructions.
